Learn About the Struggle of the Arab (Mizrahi) Jews in Israel: Every last Friday of the month the Israeli Black panthers host a special tour of Musrara neighborhood in Jerusalem with Reuven Aberjil of the Israeli Black Panthers, a popular movement of Arab Jews established during the 1970s and renewed today.
Every house in the historic “Seam Line” neighborhood, which was right on Israeli-Jordanian border until 1967, has a story to tell. On our tour you will learn about the place, its peoples, and the relevance of its history and struggle to the Israeli-Arab conflict.
