Mishkenot Sha'ananim hosts "Literature and Opera," a series of lectures and performances which look into the world of literature and its relationship with opera. The lectures focus on various plays and discuss the interplay of literature and opera wihin them. Each meeting will feature a performance, by an Opera singer from the Israeli Opera, of an excerpt from the opera being discussed, as well as a guest lecturer.
