The Pearls of Music Organization, under the direction of founder Yelena Baidak, organizes all types of musical concerts, including Classical, Liturgical, Jazz, Klezmer, world music, and special concerts for children. Many are held in cooperation with the Jerusalem Festival Orchestra. The concerts are held in various picturesque structures throughout Israel, including monestaries, churches, and caves. The concerts take place on Friday afternoons throughout the summer, and on Shabbat and Festivals throughout the year.
On May 29th, Music Pearls presents a performance of Giuseppe Verdi's Requim, at the Augusta Victoria church in Jerusalem.
