When the toy store closes, Tuly, Tricky, and Tipo wake up. Tuly is so confused that she can't speak clearly. Together with her toy friends, she sets out on an adventurous journey of songs and rhymes, words and letters, until they reach Chatter Land, where they meet Ken Hametaken (Yes the repairman), who will fix their jumbled speech.
