About the play: Dr. Faust is a doctor who desires to burst the borders of knowledge. To do this he is willing to sell his soul to the devil. The play places at its center the questions such as lack of satisfaction with one's life, and the price we are willing to pay to realize grand aspirations. The Martef's production is adapted from the original Goethe text.
