Psik Theatre presents Court Jesters, a holocaust drama in advance of Yom Ha-sho'ah (Holocaust Memorial Day). Four Jewish inmates at Auschwitz are selected to serve as "court jesters" for the camp officers. During the day, they work like the rest of the prisoners. In the evening, they perform at parties of the S.S. officers, and in return are rewarded with a piece of bread which enables their survival. In this reality, their performance art is a survival tactic and not a privilege...
